Feature Set:
WinEst allows the consumer to create unique assemblies which save time and increase accuracy during repetitive tasks. This intelligent software has several different reporting capabilities which aid in tracking jobs, material and labor costs, and subcontractors. As mentioned above, the WinEst software has versatile integration capabilities, which aid in its usefulness. WinEst has an easy to understand Totals page which lists the total costs of labor, materials, subcontractors, equipment and any other costs incurred throughout the construction process.
One of WinEst's most important features is the Item Takeoff screen. This screen enables you to figure item and assembly takeoffs. Once you have your item cost book set up in separate divisions, the divisions can be broken down into major and minor divisions. This process relieves the burden of tedious item and assembly takeoffs.

With prior experience in construction estimating software programs, this software is relatively easy to follow.
